A walking tour lasting about three hours will start from Piazza Roma and end in Piazza San Marco — the patron saint of the city and the Venetian Republic. We will walk through three districts of the city — Santa Croce, San Polo and San Marco. We will see medieval Venetian architecture in all its glory, numerous bridges and canals, we will also cross the famous Grand Canal on the most famous Rialto Bridge, we will go into the largest cathedral in Venice – Dei Frari, where the famous artist Titian and sculptor Antonio Canova are buried. And in St. Mark’s Square, we will see the main attractions of the city – the Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Basilica, the bell tower, the clock tower, the Bridge of Sighs and much more. In your free time, you can ride a gondola, take a boat ride along the Grand Canal, have lunch in one of the restaurants, buy masks and souvenirs made of Venetian glass, visit the Doge’s Palace or one of the many museums of the city.
